Wera Tools Partners with M-Sport Ford World Rally Team

M-Sport Ford World Rally Team and Wera Tools are proud to announce a new partnership, launching on this week’s Croatia Rally. 

Wera Tools is a screw-driving tool manufacturer based in Germany. Manufacturing a unique range of products and industry-leading innovations, their focus on creating the best driving fasteners on the market is matched with a belief that tools have not yet reached their ultimate stage of development. Wera’s constant innovation has produced market-leading advances in screwdrivers, wrenches, ratchets and torque tools. 

The technical partnership will extend across M-Sport’s World Rally Championship and British Rally Championship exploits, extending the use of Wera’s tools in service parks across the globe. The new project will support Wera’s already extensive presence in motorsport championships, including British F4 and the Porsche Carrera Cup. M-Sport and Wera Tools find common ground in the joy of doing things differently, and hope the partnership will lead to more innovation and improvement on both sides.

Wera have also recently backed Max McRae and Garry Pearson in the British Rally Championship in a pair of Fiesta Rally2s.

The team at M-Sport is excited to work with Wera Tools on upcoming projects this season and beyond, as their tools adorn its service parks as well as the workshop in Cumbria. Tools will be placed in departments company-wide with the view to create Tool Rebels of the entire M-Sport team.
