Due to restructuring, "Wera Werk Hermann Werner GmbH & Co. KG" has now taken over the position of its previous limited partner within the framework of the universal succession on 07.09.2017 and is now trading under the name "Wera Werkzeuge GmbH".

Universal succession means: all contracts, rights and duties of "Wera Werk Hermann Werner GmbH & Co KG" have passed over to "Wera Werkzeuge GmbH" that now continues proceedings as they stand.

This amalgamation has now been become effective following entry in the commercial register on 07.09.2017.
